Pre-Treatment Instructions:
- Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24 hours prior.
- Discontinue use of retinol or acids 3 days before treatment.
- Avoid tanning and sun exposure for 48 hours pre-treatment.
- Inform your provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any active skin infections.
Post-Treatment Care:
- Do not apply makeup for 12 hours post-treatment.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot showers for 24–48 hours.
- Use a gentle, hydrating skincare routine and avoid actives for 3 days.
- Protect skin with a high-SPF sunscreen daily.
