Derma is a gorgeous top of the line Dermatology facility that provides dermatology and skin care treatments. Dr. Rebecca De Miguel is a warm soul and immediately makes you feel welcome and cared for despite the short 10-15 minute visits. Dr.Rebecca helped me transition through hormone changes that affected my skin causing inflammation. I have had several services with Sarah and Marissa for Derma glow, peels and photo facials. The team is exceptional and know exactly what you need.

Absolutely love going to Derma. Doctor Rebecca is super thorough and I fully trust my skin in her hands. Walking into Derma is like walking into the spa at the Ritz Carlton. It's such a stunning clinic! Dr Rebeca and all the staff are fabulous. Dr Rebeca caught a precancerous mole on my chest and removed it painlessly. She has also done Botox for me over the years, which always turns out looking subtle and natural. Sarah has given me Geneao facial while I was pregnant, which made my skin really glow. Marissa has done IPL on my face and chest twice and removed all of my sundamage. Derma team keeps you looking young and staying healthy! Everyone needs to get their moles checked yearly, so this is the place you should book. Dr Rebeca is a legend of a dermatologist in the Cayman Islands! She has helped more than half the island population with skincare, and she's the only one in the country preforming MOHS surgery. What a place ! 👏

Derma Clinic is absolutely amazing. I have had great experiences receiving treatments from Dr. Rebeca as well as Marissa Mejia. Both are extremely professional. Two services I recommend are IPL Laser and full body mole mapping.
